Link Management scripts

I was looking for a simple, non-mysql, non-"linkexchange" link management system that handles link submission, email notification, validation and approval.

I found the free Link submission and approval system I and installed a modify copy at www.imho-reviews.com, it is one of the simplest of all link managers that allow all the above plus a search engine. I have modified a version to allow a picture to be added, as well.

A version of of this script was initially installed at www.jazzgrrls.com but the increasing need for custom fields has provided me with an icentive to learn DBman. It has now replaced the the LSA version, while maintaining similar if not extended features.
