Direct PDF printing
Solution 1: Copy the file to the printer.
Solution 2: Open the file with Acroreader or Acrobat. Print the file using the print menu in the application. If you use Acrobat or Acroreader 3.x or earlier there is no problem. Other versions may cause your output to be rendered in black and white.
Workaround:
If you use Acrobat 4.x or Acrobat Reader 4.x, set the print menu to have all data sent as PostScript Level 3 or Level 2. Do not send as PostScript Level 1. If you use raster data, images will be rendered in monochrome.
